Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for TradeYar. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.

Refund window

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of a charge, via Paddle’s buyer portal or by emailing support@tradeyar.app.

Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current paid period. No partial refund is issued for unused time unless the request falls within the 30-day window.

Scope of the service

TradeYar is a journalling and analysis tool. It does not execute trades or hold client funds. There is nothing to return beyond the subscription charge itself.
